TIRES FITTING OR NOT

I HAVE A SET OF 35X12.50X18 TIRES..WILL THEY FIT MY STOCK 93 GMC 1500 4X4 TRUCK?IF NOT HOW MUCH A LIFT WOULD I NEED TO HAVE TO USE THESE TIRES?

A two inch body lift should do the trick.
Might need some slight sheet metal cutting though...
